Cooking, is perhaps the most  understated of all arts. A dash of spices and vegetables… that is how a layman defines cooking. But, ask an expert, and he knows that cooking is more than just that. It’s an enterprise, an art which depends on number of factors. The time of cooking, the flow of heat, the quantity of water, spices, the pounding, the grinding… cooking is in fact, a wholesome process.
